Raymond Foster, Jr.

Raymond Foster, a native of Randolph, Virginia, has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and empowerment. He began his journey in December 1991 by joining the Army National Guard, later transitioning to the active-duty U.S. Army. Over more than 20 years of honorable service, he rose to the rank of Senior Noncommissioned Officer, earning multiple combat decorations and recognition for his leadership and resilience.
Following his military retirement, Raymond continued his commitment to helping others as a Department of the Army and Air Force Civilian. He served within the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) programs, providing crucial support to service members and their families who experienced sexual assault or harassment. His dedication to advocacy and recovery underscores his lifelong mission of service through compassion, strength, and education.
Raymond holds advanced training in leadership development, conflict resolution, communication, team building, trauma-informed care, and suicide prevention. He is credentialed through the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA), Mental Health First Aid, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
Today, Raymond applies his extensive experience and perspective-based approach to coaching, motivational speaking, and leadership development. Through P&R Elite Events, LLC, he empowers individuals and organizations to unlock their inner strength, embrace change, and build purpose-driven lives.
