Raymond Foster was born a native of Randolph, VA. I went on to join the military in December of 1991. I first enlisted in the Army National Guard before serving in the active-duty Army for more than 20 years, retiring as a senior noncommissioned officer with multiple combat decorations. 

After retiring from the armed forces, I continued to serve as a Department of the Army and Air Force Civilian working with the Sexual Harassment Assault Response Program SHARP & SAPR assisting service members and their family members 18 and older who have been subject to incidents of sexual assault and sexual harassment within the military.

I have advanced training in leadership, conflict resolution, communication, team building, trauma-informed care, and suicide prevention. I am credentialed though the National Organization for Victim Assistance NOVA , Mental Health First Aiders, and ASSIST. I have applied a perspective-based approach to all aspects of life, unlocking the power within you.
